Product Overview

Specifically, JSW supplies precision chrome steel balls manufactured from high‑carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15 / AISI 52100 / SUJ2 / 100Cr6). These precision chrome steel balls are widely used in ball bearings, linear motion guides, automotive steering assemblies, CV joints, pumps, valves, and precision instruments. The material has a typical chemical composition of C: 0.98–1.10%, Cr: 1.40–1.65%, Mn: 0.25–0.45%, Si: 0.15–0.35%. Uniformly processed through cold heading, heat treatment, and precision grinding, every batch of chrome steel balls offers consistent hardness, roundness, and surface finish.
