JSW operates a specialized cylindrical roller manufacturing facility in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, one of China‘s premier rolling elements industrial areas. Since 1992, our cylindrical roller manufacturing facility has produced high‑precision cylindrical rollers, needle rollers, and locating pins for customers in Germany, Italy, France, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, and other countries. Our Product Range – What Our Cylindrical Roller Manufacturing Facility Produces

Our cylindrical roller manufacturing facility produces three main categories of precision rolling elements:

  • Cylindrical Rollers: Diameter range from 1 mm to 80 mm, length up to 120 mm. Available in GCr15 (52100) bearing steel, stainless steel (304/316/440C), and engineering plastic materials. Tolerance grades: G2, G5, G10, and custom grades. Hardness: 58‑65 HRC after heat treatment.
  • Needle Rollers: Diameter range from 1 mm to 6 mm, length typically 3‑11 times diameter (up to 35 mm). Our needle rollers comply with ISO 3030 boundary dimensions and tolerance values. Flat or spherical ends available. Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.05 μm.
  • Locating Pins: Precision dowel pins, parallel pins, and custom locating pins for jigs, fixtures, and assembly tooling. Made from case‑hardened bearing steel or stainless steel.

Cylindrical Roller Manufacturing Process – From Raw Material to Finished Product

Our cylindrical roller manufacturing facility follows a comprehensive production workflow to ensure consistent quality across every batch. The process includes raw material inspection (chemical composition, grain structure), cold heading (wire rod cut and pressed into near‑net shape blanks for rollers up to 12 mm diameter), soft grinding (rough finishing of raceway surfaces), heat treatment (carburizing, quenching, tempering for 58‑65 HRC hardness), and final grinding (precision cylindrical grinding to achieve tight tolerances and mirror‑like surface finish). Every batch undergoes final inspection before shipment. Our cylindrical roller manufacturing facility handles both high‑volume standard orders and small‑batch custom specifications.
